Goods purchased cannot be returned unless having a fault or damage upon delivery. After you reveal the damages, you can inform us and handover to delivery agents on that time. After the delivery, we may not accept complains. Please contact us through [email protected] or 071 400 8881. Then we can do the re – delivery the products in good condition.
Some products may become unavailable or become out of stocks from time to time due to the conditions of overselling by the suppliers. However the products may show online as available for purchase on webcity.lk, if the supplier has not promptly informed us of the fact that the product is unavailable for them to supply us. In such circumstances webcity.lk does not accept any liability whatsoever for the fulfillment of your orders.
Products that require refunds are to be directly negotiated with the vendor concerned. If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 07 days of you cancelling your order.
Please note that in any instant if one of the ordered products is unavailable in the market or unable to be obtained or supplied, webcity.lk has the right to arrange a refund for the amount of the unavailable items. In the meantime, this process will be communicated to the customer. Refund processing time could fluctuate based on the selected payment method of the order. The refund amount is an equivalent value to the unavailable products value.
